3. No Warranty or Guarantee of Work

IMPORTANT: Electrical Services does not warrant, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of work performed by contractors in our network.

• All contractors are independent businesses
• We do not control how contractors perform their work
• We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from contractor services
• Any disputes regarding work quality, pricing, or completion must be resolved directly with the contractor

4. Your Responsibilities

As a user of our referral service, you are responsible for:

• Verifying Credentials: Confirming that any contractor you hire has the proper licenses, insurance, and permits required for your specific project and location
• Reviewing Contracts: Carefully reviewing any contracts, estimates, or agreements provided by contractors before signing
• Direct Payment: Paying contractors directly for their services (we do not handle payments)
• Due Diligence: Conducting your own research and due diligence before hiring any contractor

5. Referral Fees and Compensation

Electrical Services may receive compensation from contractors for successful referrals. This compensation does not affect the price you pay for services. Our referral service is free for homeowners.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Electrical Services SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM CONTRACTOR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR FINANCIAL LOSS
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100
• WE PROVIDE OUR REFERRAL SERVICE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED

7. Contractor Vetting

While we make reasonable efforts to vet contractors in our network (including checking licenses and insurance), we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information or the quality of their work. Contractors' licenses, insurance, and business status may change over time. You must independently verify all credentials.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use our service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Harass or abuse our staff or contractors in our network

9. Intellectual Property
